If your device is not working as expected, email marketing@innvox.cn using the email address from your purchase, with a short description of the issue. Our team will help with troubleshooting and the appropriate next step.
Device coverage
The written hardware warranty and service arrangements are provided before you purchase the device. Any commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
App access
Core app features are included with your device purchase, with no additional subscription. Hardware warranty expiry does not by itself end that access. Compatible phones and software support details are supplied with the product offer.
