How to cancel
Email marketing@innvox.cn from the email address used for your reservation. We will confirm the cancellation and refund by email.
How your refund arrives
We refund your reservation payment and any tax paid on it to the original payment method. No cancellation or restocking fee applies to a reservation. We will let you know when the refund has been issued; the time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If we cancel the program or cannot fulfill your reservation, you receive a full refund, not store credit.
After your device arrives
For a return or a product issue, contact our team using the email address from your purchase. Return instructions and any applicable costs are provided before your device purchase. This does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty goods.
