1. Your INNVOX reservation
Reserve the INNVOX app-connected vocal trainer with a one-time USD $5 payment. The full $5 is credited toward your device purchase. You can cancel any time before shipping for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
This payment reserves your interest in the smart trainer; the device is sold separately. Final device pricing and the first shipping date have not yet been announced. We will share the product specifications, compatible phones, price and delivery details before you decide to purchase. Your reservation does not authorize recurring charges or a later device purchase.
2. Payment and availability
Payment methods, available countries, any applicable taxes and the amount payable are shown at checkout before payment. Your reservation is confirmed after successful payment verification. Keep the receipt sent to your email; contact us before paying again if a charge appears without confirmation.
Availability depends on your country and the launch schedule. If we cannot fulfill your reservation, we will refund it in full. Reservations do not guarantee a shipping date or a particular position in a delivery queue.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Changed your mind? Email marketing@innvox.cn before the device ships, using the email address from your reservation. No reason is required. Refunds go to the original payment method. See Returns & Refunds.
If we cancel the program, cannot serve your address or cannot fulfill your reservation, we will return your payment rather than offer store credit. If an agreed shipping date changes, we will provide the notice, cancellation options and refund required by applicable law.
4. App features and early access
Core app features come with your device purchase, with no additional subscription: device connection, basic warm-ups, on-screen guidance, practice records and session comparisons. A compatible phone and the smart trainer are required for connected features. Any future optional paid services are separate from these included features.
Reservation holders can try the app free before their device arrives. Features that require a device connection become available when the INNVOX trainer is connected. Access to standalone app features continues after testing ends or if you cancel your reservation. Trying the app does not affect your refund rights.
5. Product information
INNVOX supports vocal warm-up and practice. Use it as instructed and stop if you feel discomfort. App screens show example sessions, not guaranteed results or a medical assessment.
6. Staying in touch
We use your reservation email for your receipt and essential reservation updates. Promotional emails require a separate sign-up. Joining our community is optional. See our Privacy Policy or contact marketing@innvox.cn.
7. Your rights
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged. Any update to these terms will not remove the refund rights attached to an existing reservation.
