INNVOX Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

For items bought on innvox.ai, you can request a return or refund under this policy within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept requests made after 30 days.

2. What Can Be Returned

• Unopened, unused items with the original packaging and all accessories: returnable for any reason.
• Defective items (for example, the resistance slider does not work, a part is cracked, or air does not flow normally): refund or free replacement.
• Wrong item, missing parts, or damage in transit: refund or free replacement.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

The INNVOX whistle touches your lips during use. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns in these cases:

• Items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
• Damage caused by misuse, such as dropping, crushing, heat, or disassembly or modification.
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

• Email yaodong@innvox.cn with your order number and the reason for the return. For defects or transit damage, please attach photos or a short video.
• We will reply within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back as instructed and reply with the return tracking number. Packages sent without our confirmation may not be identified or processed.

5. Return Shipping Cost

• Change-of-mind returns (unopened items): you pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
• Defective, wrong, or transit-damaged items: we cover return shipping by providing a return label or reimbursing your cost. In some cases, photos are enough and we will replace or refund without requiring a return.

6. Refund Method and Timing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
• When the refund appears depends on PayPal or your card issuer, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Change-of-mind returns are refunded the product price. Return shipping you paid yourself is not refunded.
• Defective, wrong, or transit-damaged orders receive a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel by email any time before the order ships, and we will issue a full refund.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please request a return after delivery under this policy.

8. Exchanges

INNVOX currently comes in one model and one color, so we do not offer exchanges between styles. Defective, wrong, or transit-damaged items can be replaced for free.

9. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Return terms for bulk or wholesale orders follow the written agreement between both parties. Where there is no separate agreement, this policy applies.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where local law gives you more favorable return or warranty terms, local law applies.
