INNVOX Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments on innvox.ai are processed by PayPal. At checkout you can pay with:

• PayPal: your PayPal balance, or a bank account or card linked to PayPal.
• Credit or debit card: enter your card in the secure card fields on the checkout page. Accepted card networks depend on your country and card issuer.
• Google Pay: shown on browsers and Android devices that support Google Pay.
• Apple Pay: shown in Safari on Apple devices that support Apple Pay.

2. Currency and Price

• All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). The INNVOX voice training whistle is $45, and shipping is free on retail orders.
• If your account or card uses another currency, PayPal or your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a conversion fee.
• Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. See the INNVOX Shipping Policy (https://innvox.ai/shipping-policy).

3. When You Are Charged

• You are charged when you place the order and complete payment at checkout. An order confirmation page appears once payment succeeds.
• Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, and we email the tracking number to the address you used at checkout.

4. Payment Security

• The whole site uses HTTPS encryption.
• Your card number, expiry date, and security code go directly to PayPal and are handled under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
• Our servers never receive or store your full card number, security code, or PayPal password. See the INNVOX Privacy Policy (https://innvox.ai/privacy).

5. Failed Payments

• If a payment is declined or not completed, you are not charged. Try another payment method, or contact your card issuer for the reason.
• If checkout shows an error but you received a charge notice, email us your order email address and a screenshot of the charge. We will check it and either fulfil the order or refund you.

6. Refunds

7. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

For bulk, wholesale, team, or education orders, email us. We confirm the payment arrangement together with your quote.
