1. About this policy
This policy covers the INNVOX website, reservation process and email updates. INNVOX is operated by Xuanti Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. For privacy requests, contact marketing@innvox.cn. The app has a separate privacy notice.
This website does not request microphone access or collect practice recordings or app measurements.
2. Information we use
- Email and support details: to respond to requests and send the updates you choose to receive.
- Reservation and payment references: to arrange your reservation, verify payment, manage refunds and send essential notices.
- Checkout details: the payment provider collects the billing and payment information needed to process your transaction. This page does not collect card numbers.
- Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the website, first-party page-visit records, Google Analytics unique visitors and time on page, plus optional advertising measurement when you allow it.
3. Why we process information
We use information to take steps you request before a purchase, perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations and protect the security of our services. Where required, we rely on your consent for promotional emails and optional advertising measurement. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Service providers
Hosting, email, payment and support providers receive the information needed to perform their services. We may also share information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Payment services and optional social communities have their own privacy policies.
Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
Your privacy preferences are saved in your browser. Google Analytics loads on live pages to count unique visitors and how long a page stays in view; that measurement is separate from advertising. Optional Meta advertising measurement loads only after you allow it. Meta may then receive device identifiers, page activity and conversion events. Our website integration does not add email addresses, form contents, app readings or recordings to those events.
Use to accept or reject optional advertising measurement. Rejecting it does not prevent a reservation or email sign-up, and it does not turn off Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep the optional Meta measurement off.
We do not exchange personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may still be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. Select Reject Optional in Your Privacy Choices to opt out on this browser.
6. Email preferences
A reservation does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Subscribe separately for launch news and offers, then confirm your email. You can unsubscribe using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Essential payment and reservation notices are separate from marketing.
7. Retention and your rights
We retain information only as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal, accounting, security and dispute requirements. We keep the limited records needed to respect an unsubscribe or other privacy choice.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing or an objection to certain uses. Contact marketing@innvox.cn. We may ask for information needed to verify a request and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Children and updates
The reservation service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. We will communicate material changes to this policy and seek renewed consent where required.
